Here’s how it began. During the COVID lockdown, stuck in Rajasthan with no work, I got hooked on documentaries. I watched everything I could find.
One day, I emailed a rural NGO nearby to ask if I could come and film a story.
They said yes.
In the hot summers of rural Rajasthan, I spent days listening to people and their stories.
That’s where I met Vishrami ji, a woman who had lost her husband and son, yet quietly held her family together with incredible strength. Her story became my first film.
That film wasn’t just a project, it was a spark.
After many more films as a freelancer, that spark grew into Studio DeBlur, a studio built to tell stories that matter, with honesty and heart.
